2. Ecommerce Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our hemp-compliant products and related accessories.

All content, branding, UX features, and Services are managed by Orchard and may be used across other SGB brands, including Sano Gardens, Utopian Threads, Herb & Lou’s, and Emjay Depot.

3. Product Use & Compliance

All products sold on the Site are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC. However, laws vary by state, and it is your responsibility to know whether hemp-derived cannabinoids are legal in your jurisdiction. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

We do not guarantee that products will be available or legal in your location, and we reserve the right to restrict shipping at our discretion.
