Thank you for shopping with Orchard, part of the Supergalactic Brands (SGB) family. The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through enterorchard.com and governs your use of our shipping services.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Processing times may be delayed during high-volume periods, promotions, or weather-related events.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via major national carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), based on best available service to your location and compliance with hemp-related delivery regulations.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days, after processing)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days, where available)

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or regional compliance restrictions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or brand-specific rate discounts across the SGB network.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to state and local laws regarding hemp-derived products, we do not ship to the following U.S. states or territories:

Colorado, Washington State, Louisiana, or Alabama.

We reserve the right to cancel or restrict shipments to certain areas at our discretion. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, you will be notified and refunded in full.

Age Verification

By purchasing from enterorchard.com, you confirm you are of legal age to purchase hemp products in your state (typically 21+). In some cases, age verification may be required at checkout or delivery.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be extended in these cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If you believe your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or other household members

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. Email us at contact@supergbrands.com — we’ll help investigate

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible

  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping due to compliance with international hemp laws and customs regulations.

Multiple Packages

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on inventory availability or fulfillment center logistics. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
